543 Day Writing Journey

Knit One. Day 502.

Nana taught me to knit when I was a teenager, and I pick it up every now and then. Being a rainy day, today seemed like the perfect day to revisit the pastime of click click tick tick.

I make scarves because they’re easy and the commitment to the project won’t ruin my day. Last time I knitted, which was in the heart of COVID in 2020, I made a hat for my cat, Salad, but he didn’t appreciate it much.

Today, after a breakfast of buttery pancakes and one over-medium egg, I make a scarf while I rest my eyes of the non-filtered blue light from this lovely computer I adore.

Enjoy your Sunday. May you find a little peace in whatever you do.
